What is the happiness guarantee?
If you interview for research at least once a month, we think InterviewKit will be truly valuable to you. If you are not 100% satisfied, simply cancel your subscription within the first 7 days, and you won't be charged a dime. You can learn more here.
Can I use InterviewKit for one project?
Yes! Simply get a normal subscription and cancel it when you're done. In your account settings, you can easily export all of your data with a single click (e.g. to archive in a spreadsheet). You can also cancel your subscription from your account at any time.
Can I try out InterviewKit first?
Yes! You can look around for free by using the demo. To add your own interviews, you can sign up for a 7-day free trial. Cancel your trial at any time from the app and you will not be charged.
What is included with my subscription?
Every subscription has access to all InterviewKit features. It also comes with 5 hours of video storage, 5GB of audio storage, 5 hours of transcription per month and 2.500 emails per month, which can be upgraded if you need more. You can view more details here.
What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept credit card payments. All transactions get handled securely by our payment processor Stripe.
Is InterviewKit GDPR compliant?
Yes! We take privacy very seriously – we do not use cookies or tracking of any kind, and you can export your data at any time. You can read more about our compliance in our privacy FAQ.
As a team, do we pay extra for more people?
Nope! There is no team structure in InterviewKit. To keep things simple, a subscription is tied to one person. In a team, this would be the person that manages the interviews. That person can invite others to a project for free (team members, other researchers, or even a client), who can then collaborate together in real time. For bigger organizations, it makes most sense to get one subscription for each team. Feel free to contact us if you need advice.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes! You can easily cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page in your account. After you cancel, you will still have access to your subscription until the end of your billing cycle.
